Do you have any idea how gourmets used to eat during the era of the first Czecholosvakian Republic? You can find out in the Jindřišská street located in the town center of Prague. The restaurant building itself is situated in the historical area of the State Printing Works of Security. It is hard to believe that the building was used to store bank paper and since 1928 bank notes were printed here. Culinary team lead by the head chef David Kalina take inspiration from the cookery-books written during the time of the building’s greatest glory. We are a restaurant for the locals who want to enjoy delicious meals in the center of Prague.
